WERQ THE WORLD is an unprecedented backstage pass and intimate portrait into the global phenomenon of drag. This documentary series follows the most famous drag queens of RuPaul’s Drag Race as they bring their show-stopping performances to ravenous fans across the world.
EPISODE 1 - ASIA O’HARA
The premiere episode of Season 2 follows Drag Race Season 10 queen, Asia O’Hara, and her experience as a host and motherly figure of the tour, and the challenges of being Black, gay and a drag queen in society.
EPISODE 2 - YVIE ODDLY
Follow winner of Drag Race Season 11, Yvie Oddly, who contends with health issues even as she adjusts to life in the limelight.
EPISODE 3 - DETOX
As we mark the fourth anniversary of the Pulse nightclub shooting, Detox returns to the site of the tragedy, a place she knows well. A place where she crafted the persona that would ultimately carry her to the world stage.
EPISODE 4 - PLASTIQUE TIARA
The most followed drag queen on social media in the world, Plastique Tiara, earns her spot amongst the legends on the Werq the World tour.
EPISODE 5 - KAMERON MICHAELS
Kameron Michaels shows us how drag empowers her to be loud on stage, bringing the stunts and the dance moves to the Werq the World tour.
EPISODE 6 - NAOMI SMALLS
Naomi Smalls mesmerizes audiences around the world with her captivating stage number, while squeezing in photoshoots backstage whenever she can.
EPISODE 7 - MONÉT X CHANGE
RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 4 Winner Monét X Change is effervescent and has a strong sense of self, whether in or out of drag. She takes us home to her house in Harlem.
EPISODE 8 - AQUARIA
RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 10 Winner Aquaria is back for another season of Werq the World and she’s in a much different place now. Well versed in her craft, she’s got the grit and the glamour to back it all up.
EPISODE 9 - VANESSA VANJIE MATEO
Vanessa Vanjie Mateo is unapologetically herself and brings an unmatched energy to the Werq the World tour, both on stage as well as on the tour bus.
EPISODE 10 - GRAND FINALE
Werq the World director Jasper Rischen turns the camera to show never-before-seen footage from the first two seasons of the documentary series.
